Quiet Riot is an American heavy metal band founded in 1973 by guitarist Randy Rhoads and bassist Kelly Garni. They are best known for their hit singles 'Cum On Feel the Noize' and 'Metal Health', which helped them become one of the first heavy metal bands to top the pop charts.
